Deep Cuts Update

Hey all,

I've flipped through John Harper's "Deep Cuts" supplement for Blades. REALLY liking what I'm seeing. 

A few of the special abilities were changed in name, effect, or both. Added an Open Table sheet just to accommodate these changes.
